We use scenarios and other futures techniques (such as STEEP analysis, visioning or gaming) to support policy and strategy development on a wide range of issues. Our approach is based on a blend of stakeholder engagement (through interviews and workshops) and desk research.
Our workshops and events are highly participative and designed to achieve breakthrough thinking. The facilitation team spends time in advance of each workshop discussing the exact requirements and objectives with the project team and producing detailed facilitation sheets that set out the key aims, tasks and outputs. We remain flexible workshop delivery in order to ensure that changes in timing or in the actual tasks required are accommodated wherever necessary.
